FULL-TIME Program Living for Men Director
Position Title: Program Living Director for Men
Reports To: Executive Director
Classification: Full Time, Exempt

This position serves as the supervisor over all support staff, program aide/s, volunteers, and residents in Program Living for Men. Implement and oversee all day to day operations and programming.

Position Summary:
This position serves as the supervisor over all support staff, program aide/s, volunteers, and residents in Program Living for Men. Implement and oversee all day to day operations and programming.
Primary Job Functions and Responsibilities Consist Of The Following, but Not Limited To:
- Supervise all parts of Program Living for Men day to day operations, programming and staff
- Oversee and develop the day-to-day activities/programming for male residents
- Oversee, manage and report to the Executive Director the use of all financial funds for the department.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Executive Director detailing the progress and status of resident life, program needs, program strengths and weaknesses, and maintenance needs for Program Living for Men facilities.
- Create and maintain a culture of compassion and accountability for residents' struggles of addiction.
- Foster and maintain healthy relationships with community service providers, South Central KY court systems, volunteers, and other supporting entities to Program Living for Men.
- Implement and oversee the written rules and regulations for men residents.
- Develop and maintain a consequence-to-offense policy.
- Oversee resident consequences up to and including removal from Program Living for Men and reporting to judicial authorities.
- Research, develop, and execute new policy and procedure changes to optimize service delivery in all aspects of programming.
- Implement and oversee efficient program practices including medication distribution, safety and security, chore monitoring, and residents’ unaccounted time.
- Protect the Hope House brand by representing the agency through positive communication and professionalism at all times.
- Implement and oversee training for local church, civic, business groups and volunteers who will be serving Program Living for Men residents before and after programming
- Participate in continuing education/training opportunities when possible, seeking to remain committed to lifelong learning and advancement in the fields of Evangelism, Discipleship, Program Development, Addiction Care, and Case Management.

Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Recommended but not required: Seminary Degree, ACBC Certification and/or social work degree
- Relevant work experience with individuals in a ministry environment or related field including case management, instructional care, program and/or project development.
- Management and/or Supervisor experience in community based outreach, addiction, recovery and/or homeless outreach.
Language Skills:
- Ability to write reports, and volunteer and business correspondence
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various publications
- Ability to articulate the goals of Program Living for Men curriculum, processes, and purposes.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from large groups including prospective donors, congregations, and local government leaders
Computer Skills:
- Ability to work easily with Google Drive, MS Office, Pages, Spreadsheets, Charity Tracker, and any other software packages as necessary for the operation of Hope House Program Living for Men.
- Ability to manage and organize resident and program files effectively and efficiently
- Ability to effectively use email, text, fax and voicemail in a time sensitive manner

PART-TIME FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR

The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Director of Marketing and Communications for the purpose of planning and executing annual fundraising and ministry events, marketing and communications, and other efforts to bring awareness to and encourage involvement from the community regarding Hope House Ministries.

Position Summary:

- Assist Director of Marketing & Communications with data entry for donor records
- Assist with clerical communications tasks, such as thank you notes and newsletters
- Assist Director of M&C in executing personalized donor cultivation strategies
- Help Director of M&C identify and record impact stories with accompanying media (photos/videos) from every Hope House department
- Assist with Hope House fundraising and donor engagement events including, but not limited to, Cooking for Hope, Swing for Hope, Affordable Christmas, open houses, facility tours, etc.
- Develop relationships with area business owners to solicit sponsorships for fundraising events and other projects as needed
- Assist with community promotional events and fundraisers including, but not limited to, informational booths at civic events and restaurant fundraisers
